Refund policy

At Chungies, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Please note: If your item is outside of the 15-day window, we won't be able to provide a return, refund, or credit.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital downloads, including gift cards or downloadable content
  • Limited edition or signed items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

Refunds

  • You can return your purchase for a refund of the item price, less the original and return shipping costs.
  • The original and return shipping costs are your responsibility and not part of your refund.
  • The refund will be solely for the item purchased.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper repacking may be subject to additional fees, typically 10% of the product price.
Please be sure to use the original packaging, and let us know if you need tips on how to properly pack your item to avoid this fee!

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at 1016corp@gmail.com or sales@chungies.com with photos and your order number.

How to Start a Return

Email 1016corp@gmail.com or sales@chungies.com with:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A brief description of the reason for the return 
  3. Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  4. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if it qualifies.

Return Address

The return address will be provided upon approval of your request.
