Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon—stay tuned!
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Important Shipping Notice
We want our customers to have realistic expectations regarding the delivery of their collectibles. Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1 to 2 business days, and in most cases, they are processed shortly after purchase.
Once a package leaves our office and is in the possession of the selected shipping carrier, unforeseen delays may occur that are beyond our control. To assist with this, customers are provided with a tracking number to monitor the status and location of their shipment at all times.
Please note that while we guarantee our processing time, shipping times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the selected shipping option. For example, UPS Ground may take up to three business days, while USPS Ground Advantage may take up to four business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Packaging & Protection
We take great care to ensure that all collectibles are securely packaged using protective materials. Prints, posters, and comics are shipped in rigid mailers or tubes to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking numbers that will be emailed to you once your item has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
