Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States. International shipping options will be available soon—stay tuned!
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Carrier Responsibility & Lost/Stolen Packages:
Once your order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), Chungies is no longer responsible for the package. We guarantee that all packages are delivered to the carrier in perfect condition with full tracking information.
From the moment a package is in the carrier's possession, responsibility transfers to them. This includes any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to monitor your package at all times.
Should anything happen to your package while in transit, we will assist you in the best way possible—including filing claims with the carrier and working toward a resolution. However, Chungies cannot be held liable for packages lost or stolen by the carrier.
Important Shipping Notice
We want our customers to have realistic expectations regarding the delivery of their collectibles. Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1 to 2 business days, and in most cases, they are processed shortly after purchase.
Once a package leaves our office and is in the possession of the selected shipping carrier, unforeseen delays may occur that are beyond our control. To assist with this, customers are provided with a tracking number to monitor the status and location of their shipment at all times.
Please note that while we guarantee our processing time, shipping times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the selected shipping option. For example, UPS Ground may take up to three business days, while USPS Ground Advantage may take up to four business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Free Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping on eligible orders of $200 USD or more.
Please note that oversized, heavy, or high-value collectibles—including large action figures, premium statues, and special edition items—require specialized packaging and shipping. Because of this, these items are not eligible for free shipping, and their shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
Free shipping applies only to eligible standard items and is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Please Note: Free shipping cannot be combined with discount or promotional codes. If you enter a discount code at checkout, the free shipping offer will be removed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Packaging & Protection
We take great care to ensure that all collectibles are securely packaged using protective materials. Prints, posters, and comics are shipped in rigid mailers or tubes to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking numbers that will be emailed to you once your item has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
